Oh, it'll definitely affect the way the game is played. You don't want to have people on the jury pissed at you!

Having people be on the jury only means that people will be finally be held accountable for the shit they try to pull... It's part of the game, we all get to go through it.
Can we get through a TC without any self votes?!
Well assuming that people turn in their journals, then yes.

Obviously the way you vote people out has a big impact. No one likes a bitter jury, and hopefully the jury will make the right choice and not vote out of spite. But just in case, it's always best to not be a dick haha
